S. and Hitachi Global Life Solutions, Inc to manufacture, sell and provide after-sales services of Hitachi branded home appliances including refrigerators, washing machines, vacuum cleaners globally (outside of the Japanese market). Arcelik (a multinational household appliances manufacturer that employs over 50,000 people worldwide and operates in 57 countries, and 45 production facilities with 22 brands such as Beko and Grundig) acquired 60% ownership in the new company while Hitachi Global Life Solutions, Inc. , continues as a 40% shareholder of the company. Arcelik Hitachi Home Appliances has two manufacturing and nine sales companies in the APAC & ME region.
One of our sales companies in the APAC region is based in Bangkok Metropolitan Area. Arcelik Hitachi Home Appliances Sales Thailand actively provides services across Thailand including Laos. Our challenge is to strengthen our competitive positioning in the home appliance market in our notable region. We are currently looking for an E-Commerce Key Account Manager to join our Sales team who will develop and implement annual customer plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies, while achieving profitable sales objectivesMain Responsibilities:
Develop e-commerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growthPioneer and create new opportunities with ecommerce accounts, identifying white space and marketing opportunities to generate salesConduct extensive online research, at all times understanding marketing and sales strategies from all major ecommerce retailers and competitorsWork with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues impacting brand performance on all platformsBuild complete Customer Plan to drive the overall businessExecute plans for assigned Account (s) that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategiesAccountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon Key Account targets and KPIs Primary focus is to drive revenue targets through increased product sales with assigned E-commerce accountsDevelop individual account action plans to achieve assigned monthly sales targetReview and analyze category performance by accounts to ensure continuous category growthQualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field. Demonstrated success in previous roles as well as delivering targets in On-line Sales, E-Commerce, digital experience compulsory. Proven experience in multi-channel retailing and expert knowledge of e-commerce marketing/sales and e-commerce direct selling experience required. Strong working knowledge of websites, digital advertising platforms, email, CRM and analytics. High learning agility, digital or e-commerce experience and dealing with ambiguity required. Strong focus on results, capable of identifying and tracking critical metrics, identifying key opportunities and issues and develop/execute plans to address.
