Organization- Hyatt Regency HarareSummaryAs an Arabic Chef de Partie/ Lebanese CuisineYou will be responsible for supervising and managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared, cooked, and presented to the highest standards. You will support the Sous Chef in daily operations and team coordination, maintain cleanliness and organization in your area, and strictly follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.QualificationsQualifications Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment. Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred. Strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine and kitchen operations. Leadership and teamwork skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Passionate about Middle Eastern culinary traditions and innovation. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other Middle Eastern languages is an advantage.
