N Enterprise, a First-Class Contractor engaged in Government and Private Sector construction projects, along with its sister concern Provista (Manufacturing & Development Company), invites applications from competent, experienced, and dedicated professionals for the position of Architect.The company has diversified business interests in Real Estate, Leather, Textile, and Food Processing sectors.Job Location:Company Head Office: Planners Tower (Level-15), Banglamotor, DhakaConstruction & Development Project Sites (as assigned)Key Responsibilities:Possess a clear and comprehensive understanding of building design principles, construction systems, materials, and all types of architectural drawings.Prepare complete architectural design solutions suitable for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects based on project requirements.Develop detailed architectural drawings including master plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and 3D visualizations.Prepare and review all types of construction drawings (architectural, coordination, and detail drawings), ensuring accuracy and practicality for execution.Coordinate effectively with structural, civil, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC engineers to ensure integrated and conflict-free design.Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, design intent, and specifications.Communicate with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities for design presentations, modifications, and necessary approvals.Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, environmental regulations, and sustainability practices.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in ArchitectureDiploma in ArchitectureDiploma or BSc Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.Experience RequirementsAt least 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Engineering Firms,Architecture FirmExperience Requirements:Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and construction projects.
