Transcom Electronics Limited. is looking for Project Engineer - TEL HVACJob Description / Responsibility1. Project Planning & ExecutionAssist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting of HVAC installations.Coordinate with sales, design, procurement, and site teams to ensure seamless execution.Prepare project timelines, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation plans.Monitor progress and ensure adherence to contractual specifications.2. Technical CoordinationReview HVAC system designs, drawings, and BOQs.Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients regarding technical clarifications.Ensure installations comply with local regulations and international standards.Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes.3. Procurement & Vendor ManagementCoordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of HVAC equipment and materials.Track inventory and ensure material availability at site.Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.4. Cost Control & DocumentationMonitor project costs and assist in budget control.Prepare progress reports, billing documentation, and variation orders.Maintain accurate project documentation and records.5. Quality & Safety ComplianceEnsure compliance with company policies and industry safety standards.Conduct site inspections and enforce quality assurance procedures.Address and resolve technical or operational issues at project sites.6. Client & Stakeholder ManagementAct as a point of contact for clients during project execution.Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates.Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and service deliveryEducational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic EngineeringHVAC certification or project management certification (e.g., Project Management Institute PMP) is an added advantage.Skills Required: Project Management/ Co-ordinator, Safety Management, Microsoft Office, HVAC Project Execution, Problem solving and decision making, Project Management Tools, Proactive and Positive attitude, HVAC industry, HVAC SyetemExperience Requirements2 to 4 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Engineering Firms,Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances,HVAC SystemJob LocationDhaka
