Selection CriteriaEssentialA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, specialization in healthcare architecture preferred.3 years’ experience in architectural design in hospitals or healthcare facility construction.Proficiency AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and healthcare specific design software.Familiarity with hospital planning guidelines, infection control, and medical facility requirements.Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate complex healthcare projects.Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills for managing teams and stakeholders
