In addition to following WD Partners values, policies and procedures, the primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Lead and assist the production of architectural documentation across all assigned projectsInterface, consult, and coordinate with clients and internal team in Mumbai and the US, act as a point of contact and lead project design reviewsProvide clear and concise graphic and written sketches, details, concepts, etc as required to convey the design solutions for project specific needsPerform and/or verify research and due diligence with all Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for applicable codes respective to each project locationCollaborate with WD Permitting Team regarding the preparation for the planning submittals, exhibits, building plan review applications and building department response lettersParticipate in Construction Administration activities, including RFI's, Shop Drawing and submittal review, clarifications, Change Orders and site observation reportsCommunicate with the project leads in Mumbai and the US on the status of your team's progress as it relates to scope of a project's timeline, utilizing defined project management toolsCommunicate effectively with all team members to ensure understanding of responsibilities and accountabilities and assist when needed on technical questions or issuesLocation: We are open to hiring for remote work from any location in India.Schedule: Our work hours are Monday - Friday, 10AM - 7PM. No weekend work hours.Necessary Experience:Bachelor's in Architecture or equivalentPrior work experience in Architecture and designingWorking knowledge of AutoCAD and RevitExperience working with projects in a variety of client industries, such as restaurant, retail, and/or healthcareCheck us out on www.wdpartners.com and on Instagram.
