As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative visual concepts and engaging designs that reflect our brand’s identity and communicate our message effectively. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for aesthetics, a passion for design, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Design and produce creative visuals for various digital and print formats, including marketing materials, social media graphics, custom illustrations, and branding assets.Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into your work.Provide creative solutions and present design concepts to stakeholders.Ensure all designs consistently align with brand guidelines.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.Qualifications:Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and complementary design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva).Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects and design styles.Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and digital marketing principles.Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design ideas and concepts.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.Desirable Skills:Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.Basic coding knowledge (HTML/CSS) would be a plus.An interest in and understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies.
