At Pennak, design is not just what we do, it is how we think.We are expanding our team and seeking an exceptional Architect, one who can blend creativity with technical mastery and approaches every line, drawing and detail with intention.The ideal candidate will work closely with the Project Director and Design Partner to translate design concepts into functional, buildable realities; from ideation through construction. You’ll play a key role in design coordination, site supervision, and technical documentation, ensuring that every Pennak project meets the highest standards of craft, precision, and innovation.Core ResponsibilitiesLead design development from concept through execution to ensure functional, aesthetic and technical alignmentProduce architectural drawings, details and documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional spaces to balance design intent with on-site realities.Drive site coordination, material reviews, and vendor engagement with professional rigor.Contribute to Pennak's evolving design language through research, collaboration and curiousity.The Ideal CandidateA trained Architect (BSc/MSc) with 2-5 years of design and construction experienceProficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Enscape/LumionDeep undertanding of detailing, materials, and documentation workflowsConfident in design communication, team collaboration, and client interactionReady to grow, explore and build a lasting career with a design-led firmWhy PennakAt Pennak, excellence is our language.
