Architectural | BIM Draftsman

Job Description:Prepare and develop detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation using Revit.Work closely with the design team to translate preliminary designs into accurate and buildable drawings.Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, building codes, and client requirements.Support residential projects from design development to execution, coordinating with engineers and consultants as needed.Maintain and update BIM models, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all project phases.Review and address technical issues in drawings to support smooth project execution.Requirements:Proven experience in creating construction drawings in Revit.Experience in residential projects is mandatory.Strong understanding of architectural standards, construction details, and documentation practices.
