Role DescriptionWe are seeking an Architectural Designer (Fixed-Term Contract) to support the production of construction drawings for an active project. This position is based in Auckland, North Shore.The successful candidate must be able to start immediately and hit the ground running, contributing technical expertise from day one. You’ll be responsible for preparing detailed construction documentation, refining design details, and collaborating closely with the wider project team to ensure accuracy and alignment with design intent and building requirements.Key responsibilities include:Producing high-quality construction drawings and technical documentation in RevitCoordinating with internal team to ensure all drawings meet project and compliance standardsContributing to resolving technical issues efficiently.Supporting project delivery through clear communication and collaboration.Qualifications and SkillsProficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (essential)Strong experience with construction drawings and technical draftingExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesRelevant qualification in Architecture or related disciplineFamiliarity with local building codes and regulations (preferred)
