With over 14 years of experience, we offer a comprehensive turn-key solution for small to large-scale projects, luxury interior fit-outs, and construction.Job Description:We’re excited to welcome a well-organised and enthusiastic Architectural Designer to our Planning Team. If you’re passionate about architecture, love working with people, and have a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect role for you. We’re looking for someone with strong client management skills, a good understanding of planning policies, and an ability to bring ideas to life. Proficiency in Revit is essential, and experience with SketchUp or Enscape is a bonus.This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with experienced architects from RIBA Stage 0-3, gain hands-on experience in planning applications, detail design, and contribute to turning creative concepts into reality.Key Responsibilities: Prepare Revit and AutoCAD drawings for planning applications Use excellent people skills and presentation abilities to effectively convey ideas and concepts to key stakeholders Assist in the coordination and management of planning applications, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and initiative in handling your own projects Conduct planning research and apply planning policies to designs Collaborate with the design team on concept development and project execution Ensure project deadlines are met and provide regular reportingExperience & Qualifications: Degree in Architecture or related field (RIBA/CIAT accredited) Must have experience securing 30+ planning permissions within the UK, with hands-on involvement in planning applications and detailed design, contributing to turning creative concepts into built reality. Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural roles, preferably focused RIBA Stages 0-3 Working use of Revit Right to work in the UK is requiredAdditional Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent command of written and spoken English Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple projects Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a teamPlease send us your CV and Portfolio (under 10MB)
