Archway are partnering with a respected architectural firm with studios across New Zealand and Australia, and we're looking for an Architectural Graduate to join their Christchurch team.This role will suit someone who enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive studio environment and is keen to contribute to technically complex, large-scale projects that make a tangible impact on communities.About The RoleYou'll work closely with Senior Architects and multidisciplinary project teams, contributing to design, documentation, coordination, and project delivery. The work spans a range of public and commercial sectors, and experience with complex environments will be highly valued.What We're Looking ForA tertiary qualification in Architecture3+ years' experience in an architectural practiceConfidence working on large-scale commercial, government, justice, police or custodial projects (or a strong interest in developing in this area)Strong design and technical capability, with solid construction and detailing knowledgeProficiency in Revit and familiarity with BIM workflowsExcellent communication skills, strong organisation, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindsetAbility to collaborate effectively within a team and support junior staff when neededWhat's on OfferA creative, friendly and well-supported studio environmentOpportunities to work across a broad mix of project types and scalesStructured mentoring, training, and real support toward career progressionThe opportunity to collaborate with teams across multiple studiosA culture that values balance, development, and genuine connectionIf you have strong technical foundations and enjoy working on complex, meaningful projects, I'd love to have a confidential chat.Sound interesting?
