As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Architectural Sales Executive to join our team and grow with us. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and manage relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and project developers.Promote and present our range of architectural building materials to key decision-makers.Drive sales by following up on leads, preparing proposals, and closing deals.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify new business opportunities.Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Attend to site walks / site meetings where required.Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, marketing and finance) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.RequirementsDiploma/Degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.Able to read and understand technical drawings.Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in building materials, interior finishes, or construction industry.Strong network within the architecture, design, and construction community is a plus.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Preferably possess a valid driver’s licence and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.How to ApplyIf you are passionate about architecture and sales, we would love to hear from you.📧 Please send your resume and a brief cover letter to info@ewins-group.com.
