Architectural Technician/Technologist

We prioritize collaboration with owners, architects, engineers, developers, suppliers, contractors, and research institutions to achieve excellence.Role Description:- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed architectural drawings and plans- Utilize software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Sketchup, MicroStation, Adobe, Lumion to produce accurate and high-quality designs- Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure compliance with design plans- Collaborate with project teams to resolve any design issues or challenges that may arise- Maintain organized project files and documentation- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the design process- Coordinating with architectural, mechanical and structural Revit models and or cad documents- Model existing buildings in Revit, including both architectural and structural elementsQualifications:- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other office software- Experience with architectural software such as Revit, AutcoCAD, Civil 3D, Sketchup, MicroStation, and Adobe- Knowledge of commercial construction practices and building codes- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentBenefits:Dental careExtended health carePaid time off
