Role Description This part-time Interior Designer role is an on-site position located in Richmond, BC. The Interior Designer will work closely with clients and the design team to create customized solutions for architectural mouldings, including space planning, interior design, and designing bespoke elements. Responsibilities include producing construction drawings, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and presenting design concepts that align with client objectives. The role requires balancing creativity with technical precision and understanding the integration of architectural designs into larger construction projects. Qualifications Proficiency in Interior Design, Space Planning, and the ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designsExperience in Architecture and Construction Drawings, with a focus on attention to detail and technical accuracyFamiliarity with FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection and procurement processesExcellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with both clients and team membersStrong project management abilities and familiarity with project timelines and budgetsProficiency in industry-standard design software and toolsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related fieldExperience in architectural moulding or construction design is an asset but not required
