You will play a central role in developing, detailing, and delivering exceptional projects, ensuring that every concept stands strong both on paper and in practice.What You Will DoDevelop, design, and draft building plans and documentation using Revit and other industry-standard tools.Participate in internal, consultant, and client meetings, contributing insight and design solutions across all stages.Analyse building codes, by-laws, and site parameters to ensure full design compliance.Coordinate technical documentation and ensure accuracy across all deliverables.Collaborate with consultants and the procurement team to align specifications, costs, and design intent.Review cost estimates, track milestones, and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.Maintain impeccable Revit file organisation, drawing registers, and issue logs.Provide on-site design support, reviewing shop drawings and issuing revised details when required.What You BringA 3-year BSc or BAS degree in Architecture, or a 3-year Diploma in Architectural Technology.Proven experience producing architectural documentation to a high technical standard.Mastery of Revit, CAD, and related visualisation tools.A solid understanding of construction processes, detailing, and building systems.Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to liaise across disciplines.The precision of a technician, the eye of a designer, and the discipline to deliver under pressure.Your Role Across Project StagesYou will contribute from concept to close-out, including:Concept and Schematic Design: Translate creative vision into detailed plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models.Design Development: Produce comprehensive drawing packs, material schedules, and technical coordination with MEP and cost consultants.Construction Documentation: Deliver fully detailed technical drawings, layouts, and construction details.Site Attendance & Project Close-Out: Participate in site meetings, issue instructions, review shop drawings, and support final project delivery and documentation.If precision, creativity, and collaboration define how you work, this is your opportunity to contribute to a studio known for architectural excellence and design innovation.
