Role OverviewWe’re seeking a 3D Architectural Designer with 3–4 years of experience to help visualize and support our upcoming real estate development projects. You’ll work closely with our U.S. team to create high-impact visuals and technical drawings that showcase our residential and mixed-use communities, helping secure investor interest, approvals, and project momentum.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce high-quality 3D architectural renders and visualizations (exteriors, interiors, site context) for pitch decks, investor materials, and project presentations Handle and update AutoCAD drawings, including floor plans and layered comparison drawings Build accurate 3D models in SketchUp (or similar) from 2D plans and/or BIM/IFC files provided by the architect Work with architects, planners, and project managers to ensure design intent is accurately translated Support image editing and post-processing workflows (Photoshop, V-Ray, Lumion)Must-Have Qualifications3–4 years of experience in AEC contexts at architecture, design, or conversion/development firms Proven portfolio of 3D architectural renderings and visual storytelling Strong AutoCAD skills for 2D drafting and reading plans to build 3D models in SketchUp (or similar software) Able to work directly from BIM/IFC models provided by the architect and use them to set up scenes and produce high-quality renders (e.g. in Revit, SketchUp + V-Ray, Lumion) Familiarity with building codes and spatial planning Excellent communication, responsiveness, and ability to work across international (U.S.–India) time zones Strong organization and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyTools & SoftwareProficiency in AutoCAD for 2D, SketchUp for 3D modeling, Revit for working with BIM/IFC models, and rendering tools such as V-Ray and LumionWhat We Offer Exposure to large-scale adaptive reuse projects across key U.S. markets Collaborative setup with U.S.-based in-house design and development teams Opportunity to build visual and technical skills in fast-track, high-impact residential conversion projects Competitive compensation (based on experience) and performance-based incentivesHow to ApplySubmit your CV and portfolio (including 3D renders and AutoCAD samples), plus a short cover note highlighting relevant experience, to rhea@stillpg.com
