About The OpportunityWe operate in the Apparel & Fashion Retail sector with a fast-growing direct-to-consumer and wholesale clothing business that combines product design, manufacturing coordination, and omnichannel distribution. We are scaling talent sourcing and campus engagement to support rapid retail expansion and seasonal hiring across India.We are hiring a remote Campus Placement Manager to own end-to-end campus hiring, university partnerships, and placement operations across India. This role is fully remote and will work closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Business Heads to convert campus talent into high-impact hires.Role & ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute campus hiring strategies for entry-level roles across sales, merchandising, supply chain, and operations to meet seasonal and year-round hiring targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, placement cells, and training institutes across key regions; plan and coordinate on-campus and virtual drives.Manage end-to-end placement process: candidate sourcing ➜ screening ➜ assessment coordination ➜ interview scheduling ➜ offer management ➜ onboarding handover.Operate and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems and virtual interview platforms to streamline candidate workflows and reporting.Create employer-branding collateral and campus engagement programs (info sessions, pre-placement talks, hackathons/competitions) to increase brand awareness and application quality.Track placement metrics, prepare hiring reports and insights for leadership, and continuously improve process efficiency and candidate experience.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveProven experience leading campus recruitment or placement drives with clear ownership of end-to-end hiring and offer closure.Established relationships with universities/placement cells and proven ability to scale campus channels across multiple Indian states.Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and virtual hiring tools; strong comfort with remote recruitment workflows.Strong stakeholder management: coordinate with college teams, hiring managers, assessment vendors, and external agencies to deliver targets.Data-driven approach to hiring with ability to create and present placement metrics, dashboards, and post-hire analysis.PreferredExperience recruiting for retail, D2C, apparel, or FMCG businesses and familiarity with role profiles typical to these sectors.Familiarity with assessment platforms and virtual evaluation tools (e.g., coding or psychometric assessments for role-fit).HR/Business/Recruitment certification or relevant postgraduate qualification.Benefits & Culture HighlightsFully remote role with flexible hours and national travel for campus events as needed.High ownership environment with direct impact on hiring strategy and early-career talent development.Opportunities for cross-functional exposure across Talent, Operations, and Retail teams and fast career progression.How To ApplyIf you are passionate about university engagement, enjoy executing high-volume campus drives, and want to build talent pipelines that fuel retail growth, apply with your CV and a brief note on campus networks you have managed in India.Skills: operations,hiring,applicant tracking systems,linkedin recruiter,campus
