With our client, you will beexposed to the latest technologies and work with some of the brightest minds in the industry.Our client is one of leading Investment abnking company so you will be playing a key role as a VP Project Manager - Front Office / Middle office Exp who can assist with the below:Role Summary:Lead complex transformation initiatives across Front and Middle Office, enhance stakeholder experience, and drive strategic and regulatory change projects. Work closely with senior stakeholders, technology teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver firm-critical programs.Key Responsibilities Lead large, complex regulatory and strategic transformation projects.Own end-to-end project delivery from business case to execution and outcomes.Build and manage strong senior stakeholder relationships across FO, MO, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Ops & Tech.Drive innovation, challenge existing processes, and propose new solutions.Ensure standardized project/change management practices.Host SteerCo meetings and drive decisions with leadership.Prepare weekly/monthly project reports, highlight risks, trends, and resource usage.Analyse end-to-end business/process flows and create clear documentation.Partner with technology teams to design & document future-state system/process flows.Coach and support junior project managers within the division.Key Skills & Competencies Strong experience in investment banking transformation, especially FO/MO.Deep understanding of derivatives, fixed income, equities, and trade lifecycle (execution to settlement).Experience managing E2E project delivery, including cross-functional and global programs.Familiarity with Broadridge, Summit, Kondor+, Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE.Experience with STP initiatives, vendor management, and platform modernization.Strong PM skills across Agile + Waterfall (JIRA preferred).Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management.High-quality documentation, analytical skills, attention to detail.Tools preferred: PowerBI, Alteryx, MS Office.Self-starter, flexible, able to work independently and handle ambiguity.
