Eastwest Group of Companies (RL0980) is looking for Architecture EngineerJob Title: Architectural EngineerRole Context:The Architectural Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating building projects to ensure functional, safe, and aesthetically suitable structures. The role involves working closely with design teams, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects that meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and project budgets.Key Job Responsibilities:Architectural Design & PlanningPrepare concept designs, detailed drawings, and 3D models for building projects.Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, interior layouts, and façade concepts.Ensure designs are functional, cost-effective, and align with project requirements.Project Coordination & Technical SupportCoordinate design work with structural, electrical, mechanical (MEP), and civil teams.Review and evaluate shop drawings, material submittals, and compliance with specifications.Attend project meetings and provide architectural input for decision-making.Site Supervision & Quality ControlConduct site inspections to ensure work is executed according to drawings, standards, and finishes.Identify design or construction issues and propose timely solutions.Verify measurements, materials, and workmanship to maintain project quality.Regulatory Compliance & DocumentationEnsure designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and authority requirements.Prepare documentation for approvals and coordinate with relevant government bodies or consultants.Maintain updated drawings, records, and project documentation.Finishing, Material Selection & AestheticsSelect materials, finishes, colors, and design details in coordination with the client.Prepare mood boards, presentation drawings, and visual design proposals.Cost & Time EfficiencyAssist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and project schedules.Monitor project progress and support timely completion within budget.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in ArchitectureSkills Required: Architectural Design, Manufacturing (Light Engineering Heavy Industry), Heavy Duty Manufacturing Industry, Civil Engineering and Architecture, Manufacturing (Heavy Industry)Experience RequirementsAt least 7 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry),Engineering Firms,Architecture Firm,Chemical IndustriesAdditional RequirementsOnly candidates who are willing to work abroad should apply.Candidates with previous Gulf experience will be given preference.Job LocationSaudi ArabiaSalaryTk. 180000 - 200000 (Monthly)
