Here we bring together talented and creative people working towards the same goal - innovating for a smarter, safer world!WHAT WILL YOU DO?The Architecture & Engineering Manager (A&E) Manager is responsible for developing and optimising relationships within the A&E program, while identifying and promoting solutions tailored to the market segments in which Axis actively operates. This role ensures that our solutions align with the needs and expectations of the consultant community. Working closely with the regional sales team, the A&E Manager increases awareness of the A&E program by promoting its benefits, providing education, and driving both internal and external strategies within the video surveillance industry.As an ambassador for the Axis brand and culture, the A&E Manager plays a key role in thought leadership - highlighting the strength of our best-of-breed partnerships and demonstrating the value of our end-to-end solutions.Apart from above mentioned tasks it will be your job to:Cultivate and manage business relationships with the A&E program membersBuild relationships with new consultants within this business areaSupport consultants by advising on specifications around Axis network video productsSupport and develop our identified focus accounts within A&EProactively educate the consultant community on the key challenges of the industry and position Axis as a thought leader and trusted advisorEducate specifiers on the smart use of Axis design tools, ensuring system design accuracy and improving their operational efficienciesDefine strategy and actions in line with the EMEA Head region and the MEA regionAlign the A&E program with the activities of our regional sales, building a project pipeline through Axis products' specification into new projectsWork collaboratively in a virtual team with peers from Axis sales regions worldwide to ensure development and use of best practiceThe role requires travels in the region and to the HQ in Lund, Sweden.
