The role requires preparing and submitting project tenders, analyzing technical and financial proposals, collaborating with the construction, project management, and architecture teams, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate project execution. The candidate will assess project costs, ensure compliance with industry standards, and contribute to overall project planning and execution.QualificationsExpertise in Architecture Engineering.Strong Project Management skills with the ability to oversee and coordinate project-related activitiesProven ability to collaborate within teams and foster a positive team environmentCritical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detailProficiency with project estimation software and toolsBachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in tender and proposal preparationFamiliarity with industry standards and regulations
