Area Business Developer

For our client, Pek Snack, a Hungarian company and one of the regional leaders in the production of frozen bakery products, we are seeking motivated professionals to join their team in Bosnia and Herzegovina.Since entering the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2021, Pek Snack has been growing rapidly, establishing a strong market presence. To support this expansion, they are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional who will play a key role in driving sales and building strong customer relationships as an Area Business Developer (Sarajevo).Job Description:Identify and acquire new franchise opportunities, while maintaining and developing relationships with existing partners (retail – bakery chain, HoReCa)Conduct regular field visits to key accounts and franchise locations, ensuring full implementation of agreed execution standardsPresent new product assortments (SKUs) and support merchandising and in-store visibility activitiesMonitor sales performance and ROI of franchise stores, providing insights and identifying growth opportunitiesCollaborate with local logistics and business partners to execute field activities and ensure timely and effective store openingsCollaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional and brand-building activities across all sales channelsPrepare regular reports and updates, reporting directly to the Regional Director AdriaRequirements:Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in commercial field sales, preferably within the bakery or FMCG industryGood understanding of the local retail or FMCG environment, ideally with insight into the regional bakery marketUniversity degree is an advantageFluent in EnglishValid driving licenseGood working knowledge of the MS Office packageCandidate Profile:Self-motivated and results-oriented professional with a strong customer focusExcellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skillsProactive and hands-on field sales professional with a positive, adaptable attitude and eagerness to learnOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
