Nasir Syntax Group is looking for Area Manager - Sales & MarketingJob Description / ResponsibilityIntroduce and establish the prominent Lithium (Li-ion) battery in the marketConduct market study and research to have the overall market positionMeeting with Clients/Dealers/Buyers physically to update the productsMaintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidanceDemonstrating and presenting products door-to-door/point-to-pointLead the Marketing Team under a specific area assigned for youSupervise the team for every activity, responsibilities and requirementsTarget-based sales and marketing performance to be shown for daily/weekly/monthly sales target achievementNew marketing policies invention, sales and marketing mechanism shall be formulated to attract the marketOut-of-Box sales and marketing responsibilities shall be the key factor to demonstrate the positionMarket reports, analysis and overall position always shall be monitored and updatedEvery time communication with HQ shall be maintained and connectedTime to time instructions, follow-up and orders from HQ shall be implemented on proper timeControlling of Team activities, cohesiveness and overall performance shall be ensuredTaking overall responsibility and liabilities for the entire team under your area for ultimate accountabilityEducational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in MarketingMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in MarketingSkills Required: Sales & Marketing, Field SalesExperience Requirements8 to 10 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry),Group of CompaniesAdditional RequirementsExperience in Lithium & Li-ion battery Sales & Marketing will be preferred.Job LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh, Dhaka
