Manager / Manager (Sales & Marketing)Job Description / ResponsibilitySetting sales goals and developing sales strategies for selling Hotel Share at Cox’s Bazar and Kuakata of Alliance Builders Ltd.Prepare effective sales plans within set targets and deadlines.Lead every customer efficiently & effectively as a consultant and achieve sales target.Generating leads through contacting potential & existing customers on the phone calls, referrals, field visit and events.Find prospective client by door to door field visit and generating leads.Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plan.Conduct client meetings, property/project visit, and follow ups to close deals.Address customer inquiries, concern and objections with professionalism and confidence.Provide accurate project details, pricing, floor plans, amenities and payment options.Build and maintain long term relationship with prospective & existing clients.Prepare monthly sales report & provide feedback to Team Leader on regular basis.Any other tasks assigned by the management.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsExperience Requirements5 to 10 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Manufacturing (FMCG),Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies,Hotel,Real Estate,Developer,Land ManagementJob LocationDhaka (Mirpur)
