Right now we are looking for Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager under the Sales department, who will share our pride and support our continuous business growth by showcasing his talent, skill, experience, expertise, dedication, integrity, accountability & transparency.Searching prospects and generating leads.Contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, by email, and in person.Hitting monthly targets, build and maintain a relationship with clients and prospects.Response customer's questions, inquiries, and complaints.Collect and analyze data and prepare sales reports.Managing the sales process through specific software programs.Build and maintain a CRM database along with professional networks.Identify potential markets/ clients along with new sales opportunities.Monitor existing competitors' activities and compete accordingly. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, ensuring high levels of engagement and morale. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of sales opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.Periodical Report Generation and Presentation.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Experience Requirements4 to 8 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Real Estate,DeveloperAdditional RequirementsExperience in apartment sales will get Preferable.
