Our sustained investment in telecom infrastructure bridges urban and rural areas, ensuring connectivity and opportunity for all, empowering progress across the country.Position OverviewWe are looking for a highly capable and experienced in driving sales and revenue growth within the assigned area and manage distribution channel for specific geography.Key Accountabilities Team Leadership and Management:Lead and manage a team of Territory Officers and Sales Managers within the designated area.Responsibilities include hiring, training, developing, and supervising team members to ensure they meet performance targets and deliver on company goals. Increase Sales: Attain area sales targets by ensuring proper distribution of products and services.Build and maintain a robust retail channel across the geography. Partner Onboarding and Management:Effectively onboard partners (distributors and key retailers) to ensure they understand the company's products, services, policies, and expectations.Establish a strong foundation for successful partnerships. Sales Planning and Forecasting:Create sales plans and forecasts for the area, including setting targets, quotas, and budgets.Track progress against these goals and adjust strategies as needed. Market Analysis and Strategy Adjustment:Monitor market trends, competition, and customer preferences within the area.Use this information to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies accordingly. Compliance and Reporting:Ensure the sales team complies with company policies and regulations.Provide accurate and timely sales data and reports as required.Qualifications Required B.Sc. /M.Sc. in business or relevant subject from any reputed university. Skills RequiredExperience to manage distribution houses.Business acumen and understanding on telecommunication. Adequate analytical skill to take data driven decision.
