Job DetailsJob Title: Sales ManagerLocation: Dhaka, BangladeshWork Arrangement: OnsiteKey ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be responsible for selling specialty Food ingredients to the every category of end user in Food and Beverage processing/ manufacturing.The candidate will be responsible for growth of sales and profitability of existing sales & new customer developments and will be responsible for their own Region.Candidate will also be responsible for mining out market information, through regular customer interactions, educating customers about specific product lines and closing business and maintaining such accounts.Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.Develop information by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.Maintain proficiency in updating, tracking and submitting reports to Industry Manager.Adept at maintaining and updating customer data and feedback on a real time basis in Microsoft Dynamics software and has the ability to discuss commercial matters if need be.Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team.Should be willing to travel to meet customer for new projects, building relationship, understand needs and solve queries.Job RequirementsCandidate should be B.Tech (Food)/Bsc. Chemistry/ Chemical engineering/B.Pharm/BS in Biochemistry & Biotechnology.
