The Telesales Executive will focus on engaging potential or existing customers via calls and social media to promote products or services, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. The role includes providing exceptional customer service, addressing questions or concerns, and maintaining positive relationships with clients to support business growth.QualificationsStrong sales, communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and address inquiries.Proven ability in lead generation, sales, and achieving target-driven goals.Professional customer support capabilities to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.Self-motivated approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Previous telesales experience of minimum 6 months in supply and lifestyle industries, fluency in local languages, beautiful voice and professional tone are must.Bachelor's or equivalent degree; additional training in sales or marketing is a plus.ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.Explain product features, benefits and pricing clearly.Maintain and update the sales databases and lead sheets (CRM/Google Sheet).Follow up on leads and convert them into sales/orders.Build and maintain positive customer relationships.Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.Collect customer feedback and report it to the assigned team.Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.Prepare and submit daily sales reports.BenefitsAttractive basic salarySales commission/incentiveMonthly bonuses based on performanceFriendly and professional work environmentCareer growth opportunitySalary: ৳10,000 – ৳12,000 (based on experience) + sales incentivesHow to applySend your updated resume to: hr@nurtajgroup.com
