This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative located in Dover, DE. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling to US SMBs, qualifying prospects, and developing new business opportunities. They will conduct outreach to potential clients, make outbound calls, generate leads, and do AI SaaS sales to achieve targets. Embrace the challenge of booking demos and driving sales to meet ambitious targets.**Qualifications** - Exceptional skills in direct software sales and lead generation. - Outstanding communication skills in English, with a focus on U.S. home services, garage door, HVAC, and plumbing industries - Proven experience in business development in B2B Software Sales.- A record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets - A self-motivated, proactive approach to achieving sales success - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Commitment to working U.S. hours (6 PM – 2 AM BD, Monday – Friday) - Capability to make 350–400 calls per day to U.S. businesses **Compensation** Start with a base salary of ৳15,000, plus bonuses for each demo held and sale closed, inspiring strong performers to achieve earnings of ৳35,000 to ৳ 60,000 or more.le (strong performers can hit ৳35–60k+)
