Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Area Manager role based in Kolkata. The Area Manager will oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensure operational efficiency, meet sales targets, and maintain product quality standards. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies, managing team performance, and identifying opportunities for growth in the assigned region. The role involves regular on-ground monitoring, training teams, and collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure seamless functioning and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven leadership and team management experience, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Knowledge of operations management, inventory control, and process optimization in retail or food service settings.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and manage relationships across teams, stakeholders, and customers.Business acumen and experience in analyzing sales data, setting targets, and driving revenue growth.Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields preferred.
