Area Manager

Responsibilities:•Lead a team of store managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals•Optimizing and overseeing operations to ensure efficiency•Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions•Maintain wine shop protocols and procedures•Ensure continued and profitable sales growth and excellent customer service in the assigned operations, through effective management •Insure recruitment of team members, train and develop staff•Insure optimum stock levels of inventory•Insure optimal merchandising in the branches•Ensure wine shop cleanliness and organize maintenance of the facility•Provide timely and accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports Qualifications:•Proven experience as area manager, store manager, assistant manager or similar managerial role•Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities•Excellent organizational and leadership abilities•Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation•Excellent problem-solving abilities•Wine or Foreign food knowledge is a plus•Excellent presentation skills and service mind.•Excellent English communication
