With 30+ stores and new flagship openings underway, we’re building a management team that can scale our brands while keeping each concept’s unique identity alive.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Area Operations Manager to oversee multi-unit restaurant operations. As an AM, you will be responsible for driving performance, developing leaders, and protecting brand standards across your assigned portfolio of stores. You will work closely with Store Heads, and Head Office support to ensure excellence in both execution and customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple restaurant locations across one or more MCW brands.Ensure strong operational execution in sales, consistent service, and compliance with SOPs.Review P&L performance, labor %, food cost %, and drive profitability.Develop and mentor Area Managers and Restaurant Managers to deliver elevated guest experience; enforce accountability (discipline, training, succession planning).Build and enforce premium service culture (hospitality, discipline, upselling).Translate brand identity into operations (casual dining, café culture, upscale service).Support store openings, renovations, and rebranding projects.Collaborate with Marketing, Commissary, Procurement, and Finance to align strategies.What We’re Looking For5–7+ years in multi-unit restaurant management (preferably casual dining, upscale casual, or café/bakery).Proven track record in managing Area Managers and Store Managers.Strong P&L management and business acumen.Experience in building + implementing SOPs, operations manuals, and training systems.Strong leadership presence: able to coach, discipline, and inspire.
