Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, based in Chitradurga/Tumkur/Bellari. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team, developing business strategies, and building strong relationships with merchants. Key tasks include monitoring sales performance, identifying growth opportunities, implementing effective sales techniques, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Driving operational efficiency and providing market insights are also expected responsibilities. Qualifications Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account ManagementProficiency in Team Management, including leadership and performance monitoringExcellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationshipsStrategic Planning and Analytical Skills to drive business growthKnowledge of the fintech industry and familiarity with UPI-based payment systems is an advantageProven ability to work under pressure and meet targetsRelevant experience in managing sales in a regional or area capacity is preferredBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
