Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Cluster Manager to oversee multiple retail store locations within an assigned region or cluster. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational efficiency, team leadership, and upholding brand standards across all stores under their supervision. Key Responsibilities:●Oversee operations of multiple retail stores within the assigned cluster to ensure consistency in performance and customer experience.●Lead, mentor, and support Store Managers to achieve individual store targets and overall cluster goals.●Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, conversion rate, average transaction value, shrinkage, and customer satisfaction.●Implement company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and promotional campaigns effectively across all stores.● Ensure effective inventory management, stock availability, and visual merchandising in all stores.● Conduct regular store audits to ensure operational compliance and identify areas of improvement.● Manage manpower planning, recruitment, training, and performance management of store teams.● Analyse sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.● Act as the communication link between stores and the regional/corporate team.● Drive customer engagement strategies and manage escalated customer issues.● Plan and coordinate new store openings or renovations within the cluster.  Requirements:● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).● 5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 3 years in a multi-store supervisory role.● Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.● Proven experience in managing store-level teams and achieving sales targets.● Solid understanding of retail KPIs, inventory control, and operational processes.● Proficient in MS Office and retail management systems (POS, ERP, etc.).
