With over 20 years of expertise, Heather Grey excels in managing large-scale team wardrobe programs, from design to delivery, and serves more than 100 leading brands worldwide.Role DescriptionIn this challenging role, you will lead all commercial activity for a global uniforms business—owning revenue, key accounts (McDonald’s, KFC, Starbucks, etc.), and expansion into new markets and industries. You handle everything from large-client relationship management and contract negotiations to pricing, supply-chain coordination, and product strategy. You’re responsible for growth, retention, and positioning the company as the preferred uniform partner across Europe, the Middle East, and APAC.Your KRAs (Key Result Areas)1. Revenue Growth & Pipeline: Build and close a strong pipeline of large enterprise accounts; deliver consistent YoY revenue growth.2. Key Account Retention: Maintain and deepen relationships with top global customers; ensure multi-market renewals and upsells.3. New Market Expansion: Identify and enter new verticals (e.g., supermarkets, hospitality, logistics) with predictable uniform demand.4. Commercial Strategy & Pricing: Own TCO-based proposals, contract terms, margin optimization, and competitive positioning.5. Cross-Functional Execution: Align Sales with Product, Sourcing, and Operations to ensure smooth delivery, on-time launches, and high customer satisfaction.6. Brand & Relationship Leadership: Represent the company at senior levels globally; manage escalations and be the face of the business.
