In this role, you will be responsible for driving area sales performance, channel growth, and sales efficiency. This high-impact position requires strong sales planning, effective distribution management, sharp execution, and people leadership.Your Responsibilities Will Include:Drive sales targets and market share in the assigned territoryExecute Go-To-Market plans and improve outlet coverage and distribution efficiencyManage distributors, retailers, and stockists while enhancing field force capabilityLead product launches, brand activations, and trade schemesMonitor competition, analyse market trends, and provide strategic insightsEnsure depot coordination, stock hygiene, and timely damage-claim settlementsMotivate and manage a team of Sales Executives and Market RepresentativesWhat We Are Looking For:4–7 years of FMCG sales experience, including at least 2+ years in an ASM role in General Trade (CCD)Proven expertise in executing sales strategies through effective channel and sales management, achieving sales and distribution targetsProficiency in MS Excel and PowerPointMBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business ManagementReady to Make an Impact?Apply now!
