Shift Manager

Assigns tasks to respective shift members Ensure tasks carried out in the shift are completed smoothly Ensure all tasks are carried out after following proper process and procedures Oversee Operations performed in the shift and do timely escalation incase of any issues Provides guidance and leadership to less-experienced team members and may have supervisory responsibilities Participate in special projects as required Maintain system SOP and documentation Create and maintain knowledge base documents Act as a escalation point for L3 and RIL Managers Ensure proper handover of pending tasks to next shift
