Your responsibilities include supervising the field sales team and building long-term client relationships. As an Area Sales Manager, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position. Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company’s success in the long run.ResponsibilitiesThe Area Sales Manager is a key position responsible to engage, lead the field sales team, providing leadership in maximizing sales and market share growth. In this leadership role, you will demonstrate expertise in people and performance management through delivering effective mentoring and coaching interaction activities alongside your substantial sales experience as a key account manager. You will lead your team empowering them to achieve a high delivery of new business development and retention, to meet and exceed sales targets and key financial measures whilst managing the day-to-day activities and duties performed by Sales Manager.Job RequirementsPossess a Diploma or Degree in any disciplinesMinimum 5 years of sales experience in logistics industriesProven track record with 3 years of successful people management experiencePossess experience in courier service/small package knowledge is preferredDemonstrate competency in driving results, collaborating and influencing others, development of diverse talent, meeting and exceeding customer expectations and proven communication skillsExcellent communicator, creative problem solver and have an analytical approach to developing sales strategySolid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skillsStrong customer base and hunter personalityTeam player with excellent interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of stakeholdersSelf-starter and able to work with minimum supervision员工类型:永久UPS 致力于提供一个没有歧视、骚扰和报复的工作场所。
