Your leadership helps us move with agility while keeping quality and consistency at the heart of every operation.As Area S ales Supervisor (FMCG Distributor) under our offline distribution unit, you will oversee and drive sales performance within a designated area for our FMCG distribution business. This role is responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, ensuring product availability, and achieving sales targets through effective planning and execution. The Sales Supervisor will act as the key link between the company and the market, building strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers, monitoring competitor activities, and implementing promotional strategies to maximize market share. Location: Surabaya and MakassarWhat We'll Work On TogetherSupervise and lead a team of sales representatives / salesman to achieve area sales targets.Ensure proper distribution and product availability across assigned outlets.Develop and execute area sales plans, including promotions and merchandising activities.Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.Track and report sales performance, stock levels, and route effectiveness.Resolve operational issues such as delivery delays, stock shortages, and customer complaints.Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and promotional standards.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 1-4 years in FMCG sales or distribution, with supervisory experience preferred.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Good understanding of FMCG market dynamics and distribution channels.Ability to work under pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
