Role OverviewThis role sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, and data. Responsible for driving sales performance through structured planning, business analysis, performance tracking, and operational excellence. The position ensures sales initiatives are aligned with company targets and supported by strong analytics and execution discipline.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and monitor sales strategy aligned with company growth targetsTranslate business goals into actionable sales plans and KPIsIdentify growth opportunities across segments, channels, and regionsSupport leadership in annual budgeting, forecasting, and target settingAnalyze sales data, pipeline performance, and revenue trendsBuild dashboards and performance reports for management reviewTrack KPIs (conversion rate, CAC, revenue per channel, etc.)Identify gaps and provide data-driven recommendationsImprove sales processes, SOPs, and reporting systemsEnsure alignment between sales, marketing, finance, and operationsOversee incentive calculations and sales compensation trackinConduct market analysis and competitor benchmarkingEvaluate pricing strategies and margin performanceSupport business case development for new initiativesQualificationsBachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field7–8+ years experience in strategy, sales operations, business analytics, or consultingStrong analytical and structured thinking skillsAdvanced in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with BI tools is a plusStrong communication skills, able to present insights to leadershipHands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
