PT Mutiara Asia Makmur is hiring!Position: B2B Sales Status: Urgently NeededKey Qualifications:- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or Electrical Engineering is preferred- MANDATORY: At least 1 year of experience in B2B product sales/marketing- Strong interest in B2B sales with a proactive mindset- Excellent communication skills, confident, and professional appearance- Ready for field work and high mobility- Target-oriented, disciplined, and highly responsibleMain Responsibilities:- Identify and build relationships with new industrial clients (factories)- Execute sales strategies (online/offline) to meet client needs- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets- Follow up on prospects and deliver persuasive product presentations- Provide regular sales reportsLocation: East Jakarta (Hybrid)
