You’ll bring strong conceptual thinking paired with hands-on design ability, ensuring consistency, clarity, and creative excellence at scale.You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, partner with external agencies, and contribute to refining creative processes—including the use of martech and AI-driven tools.What You’ll Be DoingCreative Direction & ExecutionLead visual expression and creative direction across campaignsTranslate brand strategy into compelling concepts and scalable visual systemsBalance conceptual ideas with hands-on design workMaintain precision, clarity, and brand consistency across all outputsInnovation & ProcessRefine creative workflows and champion the use of martech and AI toolsSupport development of brand enablement materials for global adoptionDrive best practices across design systems and scalable brand applicationCollaborationWork closely with corporate comms, content, digital, and regional teamsPartner with agencies, production partners, and freelancersThrive in a fast-moving, agile, supportive studio environmentWhat They’re Looking ForProven experience as an Art Director (ideally within B2B, technology, or global brands)Strong conceptual thinking with exceptional design craftExpertise in Adobe Creative Cloud + advanced presentation design skills (PowerPoint)Familiarity with AI-assisted creative toolsExperience working in global or matrixed organisationsAbility to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining creative excellenceCollaborative mindset, proactive approach, and strong visual judgmentWhy This Role?You’ll join a global organisation where design truly influences strategy.
