HOGARTH IS LOOKING FOR A PRODUCTION ARTIST What does Production Artist do at Hogarth?The Production Artist is a critical member of our creative team, ensuring design concepts are executed with precision and consistency across all deliverables. This role bridges the gap between creative vision and final production, supporting designers, art directors, and account teams in preparing production-ready assets that meet brand, technical, and quality standards.Duties:Translate creative layouts into precise, production-ready files for print, digital, and multimedia deliverables.Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines, technical specs, and quality standards.Manage versioning and resizing of creative assets across platforms.Collaborate with designers, art directors, project managers, and vendors to troubleshoot production issues.Pre-flight and package print files, ensuring accuracy in color, typography, image resolution, and mechanicals.Prepare and optimize assets for web, social, and digital media campaigns.Maintain organized file management systems and version control.Support creative team with retouching, photo manipulation, and light design tasks as needed.Requirements:3–5 years of experience as a Production Artist in an advertising agency, in-house creative department, or similar environment.Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects a plus).Familiarity with preparing assets for both print and digital, including knowledge of pre-press, color management, and digital ad specifications.Skills:Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and deadlines.Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.We are a 100% open and diverse company, which is why we want our talent to be recognized for their skills and competencies applicable to this open position.
