🤖 AI/Automation ConsultantHybrid/Remote — Raleigh–Durham AreaSalary: $70,000 – $125,000We’re seeking a business-minded AI/Automation Consultant to partner with clients and help transform their operations using AI-driven technology and workflow automation. This role is primarily remote, but candidates must live in the greater Raleigh–Durham area and be available for occasional in-person client visits.🧩 Role Responsibilities• Lead discovery sessions to identify automation opportunities and draft implementation roadmaps • Design workflows using tools like n8n, Make.com, Zapier, HubSpot, and similar platforms • Build and refine AI-driven automations to increase efficiency and business impact • Present findings and recommendations to executives and key stakeholders • Support CRM integrations, marketing automation, lead gen systems, and data syncing • Analyze business processes to uncover efficiency gains and ROI opportunities • Maintain strong relationships throughout project lifecycles⭐ What You BringEssential: • 2–4 years in business operations, consulting, project management, or client-facing roles • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong problem-solving mindset and curiosity about business processes • Comfortable engaging with executives • Hands-on experience with AI tools, workflow automation, or building automationsPreferred: • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) • Experience with n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms • Understanding of business operations, sales, or marketing systems • Prior consulting or professional services experience💼 CompensationSalary: $70,000 – $125,000 (based on experience)Reports to the President, with exposure to strategic initiatives and high-value client engagements.
