This position will be supporting The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Chemical Biological Center (CBC). The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, experience working with federal agencies, and a deep understanding of technical program management in research, development, test and/or evaluation. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project success. The incumbent will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the workforce assessment project within the agency.The person in this role will:Regularly work through the COR to resolve issues, receive technical instructions, and ensure excellence in performance of servicesEnsure that required deliverables are accurate, technically sound and provided to the customer within the specified time requirements per the contractMaintain regular communication with the client and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with DEVCOM CBC standards, regulations and valuesRigorously monitor and report project progress, timelines, and budgetsIdentify and mitigate project risks while communicating with all stakeholders and program members using a data driven approachLead a multidisciplinary team of teams, consisting of scientists and engineers, fostering collaboration and optimizing research and development outcomesQualifications10 years of experience in a combination of research, development, test, or evaluation organizations (RDTE) - with a focus on Chemical and Biological Defense programsMust have 5 years of experience in program/project management in a laboratory or testing environment. This requirement can be concurrently with the 10 years of experience in an RDTE organizationMust have demonstrated successful experience leading teams of 30+ personnel from various backgrounds (warehousing, scientists, engineers, analysts, specialists)Extensive experience working within Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Defense (CBRND) sectors, with a deep understanding of operational frameworks, threat analysis, hazard containment strategies, regulatory compliance and emergency responseDetail oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, initiative and follow-through, and flexibility and responsiveness to changing requirements and conditionsDemonstrated ability to think analytically and reason strategicallyStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work to deadlines are essentialProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Products and creating high level presentationsAbility to translate complex technical data into actionable policy recommendations for senior leadershipAdditional InformationThis position is contingent upon contract award.The candidate must have a secret clearance.BryceTech offers a full range of benefits, including competitive salary, a comprehensive health plan including dental and vision coverage, company-paid life & disability insurance policies, 401(k) plan with company match, and an educational reimbursement program.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
