WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Design and implement generative AI solutions Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines — integrating vector databases, embeddings, and document retrieval systems to enhance LLM accuracy with domain-specific data.Designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI-driven applications on Azure — leveraging Generative AI, RAG pipelines, and AI agents — while integrating Azure AI services, managing APIs, and ensuring production-grade reliability and performance.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience.Japanese native or fluent (Read/Write/Speak/Hear), English skill is not necessary.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBeyondsoft provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type with regards to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
