About the RoleDA Global Financial Holdings is seeking an experienced AI Engineer with proven project implementation experience in large language model (LLM) applications. This is a global hiring position open to talented engineers worldwide. We welcome applicants from any region who have proven project experience in LLM or AI system implementation. You will lead or participate in the design and development of AI-driven systems, focusing on RAG frameworks, Agent workflows, intelligent decision systems, and enterprise-level deployment.Our goal is to bridge cutting-edge AI research with real-world business applications, driving the next phase of intelligent transformation.ResponsibilitiesLead or co-develop applied AI projects from requirements analysis to technical delivery.Implement and fine-tune LLMs, embedding models, and inference optimization pipelines.Design Prompt Engineering and Agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP.Apply reasoning and planning paradigms (e.g., ReAct, CoT, ToT) to enhance system intelligence.Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems leveraging vector databases (e.g., Milvus, FAISS, Chroma).Integrate with intelligent platforms (e.g., CozE, FastGPT, Dify) and ensure API reliability.Research multi-agent system architecture and enhance AI system interpretability and responsiveness.Contribute to internal AI research, benchmarking, and technical documentation.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.Minimum 1 successfully delivered AI project (LLM / Agent / RAG system).Solid hands-on experience in LangChain, Prompt Engineering, or RAG implementation.Familiarity with vector databases (Milvus, Chroma, FAISS) and document knowledge retrieval.Understanding of LLM fine-tuning (LoRA / QLoRA) and model inference optimization.Experience with LangGraph, MCP, or similar agent frameworks is a strong plus.Strong analytical mindset, communication skills, and passion for AI innovation.#AIEngineer #RAG #LangChain #PromptEngineering #AgentSystems #FinTech #LLM #Hiring #GlobalOpportunity
