Job Description

Our client, an iconic luxury watch brand, is currently seeking a full-time, hybrid Graphic Designer who will shepherd a variety of challenging projects in their New York office. The Brand Designer will not only have technical skills and sophisticated design sensibilities, but will be able to translate nuanced requests to produce beautiful outcomes. While the design parameters of the brand are specific, the ideal candidate will be a problem solver who rises to creative challenges while meeting deadlines and paying keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, and team-oriented.

Lead a variety of challenging print and digital design projects from concept through completion, delivering refined and on-brand creative solutionsCollaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to develop high-quality visuals that align with the company’s premium aesthetic and design standardsApply and uphold brand guidelines across all deliverables while offering expert-level design direction and support to other teamsProactively elevate both internal and external visual touchpoints, contributing to the brand’s reputation for excellenceManage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and on-time deliveryOrganize and maintain project files and design systems to support consistent output across all communicationsContribute process improvement ideas to streamline creative workflows and enhance output qualityStay up to date on luxury design trends and advances in design software and production methodsYou Have:

3+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally with a luxury brand or creative agencyA BA/BFA in Graphic DesignAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (CS6 or higher), macOS, Microsoft Office, and MailchimpStrong knowledge of layout, composition, grid systems, and typography best practicesA clear understanding of both digital and print production processes, including how to prepare print-ready filesThe ability to apply brand standards across various design formats and interpret complex creative briefs into impactful visualsExperience managing multiple assignments in a fast-paced, detail-driven environmentStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to stakeholdersA highly organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solvingLogistics:

Projected Start Date: As soon as the right candidate is identified Fulltime position, 40 hours/weekOnsite/offsite: Onsite 3 days a week in their Manhattan office; (Tuesdays and Wednesdays mandatory for team meetings) and 2 days remote (Monday, Thursday, Friday flexible)Laptop/Program Requirements: a computer will be provided for youTeam Structure: Small team of 3Background Check needed? NoSalary/Rate: $75,000 - 95,000 annually // DOE
