Chief Accountant is a key professional responsible for maintaining the financial integrity and compliance of an organization. We expect from our future colleague strong attention to detail, deep knowledge of accounting standards, and the ability to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory adherence. Responsibilities:
Daily work with primary accounting documentationProceed sales operations and posting them in the accounting systemControl the balances of debtors and lendersCarry out the inventory and accounting of such inventory resultsPerform the banking transactionsSalary accountingCreate the accounting documentarian and reportingPrepare and submit the tax declarations in timely mannerBalance accuracy checkKeeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial statusInitiating and managing financial and accounting software (1C) used by the CompanyCollaborate with other teams within the Company. Requirements: Higher education (specializing in Economics/Accounting/Finance and Credit). Completion of specialized courses, advanced training (ACCA) - desirable.
Work experience - 3 years as Chief Accountant. Analytical mind, systematic approach, structured thinking, responsibility. Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages. Experience in distribution and international companies is desirable. Knowledge of all processes of accounting, tax, and management accounting. Collection, processing, storage, and analysis of information. Payroll calculation skills. Accounting for settlements with suppliers and customers. Knowledge of 1C (8. 3) programs, excellent knowledge of Excel. We offer: Location - office in Baku.
